Team is hard working and talented. There is a strong culture of documentation, which I think encourages better accountability and more oversight and alignment between the team, leads, and stakeholders.

I feel strongly aligned to the mission. I think it's rare to be at a company where the company's mission is unambiguously something that makes the world a better place and advances humanity.

Cash compensation is equivalent to top tech companies. The equity is pre-IPO and illiquid, but appreciate that we get good upside in the event the company grows, which I expect it to given that we are still small.

Company is impact and execution-oriented. I like that there is not a strong culture of empire building and self-advocacy (which I saw a lot of at Google), which means I can put my head down and do my job.

At least compared to my experience interviewing at other Big Tech companies, Intrinsic's process felt communicative and timely and I didn't feel like I was in limbo at any point. The interview questions were role appropriate and the interviewers were intelligent and knowledgable.

The thing I appreciate most is that they are open to being influenced, retrospect on previous decisions, and are accessible. We are in a challenging macro environment and I think they're doing the best they can and, most importantly, improving as we progress.
