What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an extremely talented team and are stewards of the open source ecosystem while being at the forefront of AI in robotics
The company is filled with experts in various fields and a great place to learn.

You can almost always have an interesting conversation with colleges over lunch.
I feel like I can have a conversation with most people at Intrinsic. Even across teams and hierarchical levels. there's always an interesting conversation to be had over lunch.

It's well organized and orchestrated
I liked that the recruiter kept me informed at every step in the process

Extremely interesting conversations with people who know what theyre doing and are low ego
Our interview process is tailored to finding innovators, doers and motivated individuals. We don't evaluate people on their ability to perform leetcode, but on their ability to solve real problems.
