We have an extremely talented team and are stewards of the open source ecosystem while being at the forefront of AI in robotics

I feel like I can have a conversation with most people at Intrinsic. Even across teams and hierarchical levels. there's always an interesting conversation to be had over lunch.

Employees are trusted to do their jobs. We are given not just autonomy, but the tools and resources to succeed here. No one "passes the buck" here.
We've been intentional and explicit about codifying the culture we want in our Intrinsic Behaviors. These behaviors creating the operating system of the company. I appreciate how much effort we've put into 'how' we operate, which pays dividends.

Very flexible, complete flexible hybrid policy, I can choose how I structure my work week and when I use the 2 days in the office. we are global but act local on 3 major hubs in the world, very high standards when it comes to the product and innovation, but also hiring of people.
Collaborative coworkers and transparent decision making process
Company is impact and execution-oriented. I like that there is not a strong culture of empire building and self-advocacy (which I saw a lot of at Google), which means I can put my head down and do my job.
