What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team makes and communicates tough decisions to do what's right for the company and our employees. They are all also recognized experts in their domains. I appreciate that Leads exemplify our Intrinsic Behaviors and the Conscious Business principles on which they are based.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated with a competitive salary, bonus target, equity, and benefits package on-par with a publicly traded tech company (e.g. Google). I appreciate having this financial security while also being able to grow my career and capabilities at the start-up pace.

It's a VERY good benefits package since it's from Google. Much more benefits and perks compared to other companies of our size.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of capable, respectful people who put their egos aside and do what's best for Intrinsic. There is no appetite for politicking nor posturing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've been intentional and explicit about codifying the culture we want in our Intrinsic Behaviors. These behaviors creating the operating system of the company. I appreciate how much effort we've put into 'how' we operate, which pays dividends.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was impressed with everyone I met during the interview process. I went into the interview confident, and the quality of the interviewer questions made me feel a bit nervous by the time it was over. The interview process sold me on the company and made me want to get an offer even more.
