Best company I've worked for, full stop. Its a joy to be here. It doesn't mean everything is rainbows and roses all the time, but what in life is? This is a great group of people you can trust. InVision is a growing, late-stage startup. With that comes the expected pros and cons. All InVisioners are touching work and impacting the business in bigger ways than they might otherwise in a mature company! We also move fast and need to be resilient. This is great for me, but not for everyone.
