It's been a great one. I had reservations about joining a fully remote company that have mostly evaporated. We have a lot of assets that give me high hopes for future success and our challenges all feel navigable.

Collectively they are a good mix of talents and perspectives which gives me confidence that there is not a hive-mind governing decisions about the company priorities and future plan

It's a bit hard to say since I joined just as the pandemic started so I think a lot of cultural norms have been impacted but overall there are a set of values that are not just marketing material but really do seem to manifest almost every day. Feels organic and authentic.
