I feel welcome and supported in my position at ITEX. My supervisors invest in me as an employee and provide me with many avenues to pursue success. Our company culture is based on integrity and we strive towards the highest ethical standards.
The leadership team goes above & beyond to show their appreciation for our hard work. I came into ITEX with no degree and never expected to get a job making too much more than minimum wage, however ITEX has changed that for me. I started in a low position, but I am now a manager.
I love this company, they are supportive and pay me well!
I have been with ITEX for 14 years and I could not imagine a better company to work with. Its my career and my home.
Overall I like working for ITEX. At times it is stressful and can feel overwhelming, but I am sure that is in property management in general.
