What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be very interested in the company and employees
Our leadership team strives to give their employees the best possible benefits and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
They are typically easily accessible.
The believe in hiring good people and allowing them the freedom to take care of business. It is refreshing to know you are valued for the work you put into the business.
They are easy to go to and talk with .

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our dental insurance was a God send when my son needed braces! I couldn't have managed the cost alone.

It is comparable with others in the area.
Our compensation includes medical, dental and vision benefits as well as being able to enroll in a 401k package.
The PTO that is granted to us is very generous in my opinion. We are also encouraged to use it which is really nice.
Health benefits are my favorite here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we could get paid fairly as the cost of living has increased and also for those who have been working their longer to get paid a bit more than the new hires with no experience do. If you raise the new hire wages , then i believe you should compensate employees that have already been there also.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together well and strive to meet our goals that will advance Itex in the multi-family housing market.
My team leader is great and answers and gets back to us as soon as possible. I enjoy my team
Most of us work well as a team together and are willing to do what is needed to get a task done.

Our team really works together to achieve the larger goal in keeping our department thriving and succeeding. We are there for each other and really come together to get to the finish line.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work together, when one person is having a hard time, we all pull together.
Everyone is allowed to move up in the company and is given equal opportunities. Nobody is ever counted out before they have a chance to prove themselves. ITEX is extremely loyal and supportive of it's employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that we were asked questions that are different than usual interview questions. It gives you the opportunity to demonstrate more than regular interviews do.

It didn't feel like an interview. I was comfortable and did not feel judged when I left.
The interview process differed from other companies because it asked different questions than most do.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I can speak to a tenant who came in upset and help with the issues their experiencing. The look of relief and appreciation on their face makes it worth it!

Having great co-workers and leadership team.
Being productive! Accomplishing tasks so that the stress/pressure is off!
I love that our open door policy. New hires have access to executives all the time and are welcome to enter office and express concerns. We have an amazing sense of trust with our supervisors and know they have our backs.
