Our leadership team puts forth the effort to really collaborate and get everyone's ideas and input. You really feel like you are contributing.
They go above and beyond to show us that they appreciate us by having employee luncheons, team building exercise days (fishing trip, escape room, painting with a twist, etc.), letting us off early for holidays, etc.
My leadership team actually works as a team instead of competing against each other.
I like that our leadership team can admit their faults and never forget to show their appreciation for employees. They acknowledge that we work as a team and let us know how vital we are to the company.
