- What do you like best about the leadership team?They seem to be very interested in the company and employees
- What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that we were asked questions that are different than usual interview questions. It gives you the opportunity to demonstrate more than regular interviews do.
- What makes you most happy at work?I am most happy at work when I can speak to a tenant who came in upset and help with the issues their experiencing. The look of relief and appreciation on their face makes it worth it!

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If we could get paid fairly as the cost of living has increased and also for those who have been working their longer to get paid a bit more than the new hires with no experience do. If you raise the new hire wages , then i believe you should compensate employees that have already been there also.
