What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our dental insurance was a God send when my son needed braces! I couldn't have managed the cost alone.

It is comparable with others in the area.
Our compensation includes medical, dental and vision benefits as well as being able to enroll in a 401k package.
The PTO that is granted to us is very generous in my opinion. We are also encouraged to use it which is really nice.
Health benefits are my favorite here.
The best part of my compensation package is our PTO policy. We get PTO at a high rate and it adds up quickly. We are almost never denied PTO and are encouraged to use it to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we could get paid fairly as the cost of living has increased and also for those who have been working their longer to get paid a bit more than the new hires with no experience do. If you raise the new hire wages , then i believe you should compensate employees that have already been there also.
