We all work together well and strive to meet our goals that will advance Itex in the multi-family housing market.

Our team really works together to achieve the larger goal in keeping our department thriving and succeeding. We are there for each other and really come together to get to the finish line.
My team is always innovative and looking for new ways to improve.
I have a small team but we work together and I am checked on often to make sure I feel supported. I have never had a boss that provides as many learning opportunities as my current one does. He believes I am capable and trusts me enough to invest in me.
