We love spending time together and the company creates many opportunities for us to do so. There is a dedicated team, the iuvo Betterment Committee, that operates to enhance and maintain our culture and benefits.

iuvo does profit sharing quarterly instead of yearly. I also enjoy our open PTO policy and the flexibility that comes with it. iuvo also does things like Summer Fridays. I enjoy those days off the most because it hits differently coming from the company than it would if I were to use my PTO.
