The best and probably only way to improve the culture at JetBlue is to remove the current Board of Directors and especially the chairman. He is the man behind the curtain that has masterminded the destruction of all employee confidence in management. Our management team are all puppets that have a very difficult time acting ethically and taking care of the employees versus just looking out for themselves.
JetBlue is no longer a culture. JetBlue is a cult. A cult that runs off of fear mongering and hostile work environment, slave labor and unqualified leadership. Jetblue is a sinking ship that I'm glad I jumped off!
It starts at the top. Management who likes to refer to themselves as leadership needs to actually abide by the values that they claim to live by.
Market rate or better compensation and benefits and respect for the employees who make this place run.... until then, there is no culture.
Back your employees more. Happy employees are more productive. Stop focusing on the fluff, and focus more on morale.
Get rid of the culture. Market rate contract. Or sell to a company that respects its employees.
Honesty with the employee group would be an excellent start. It's time to go off script.
Anything positive would improve the culture, but integrity would be a great way to start.
Fire the middle.management. Upheld the values the company was founded on Stop lying to your emloyees
I would stress less culture in place of more adequate compensation and operational savvy.
Give the pilots a contract and replace all middle management up to the ceo
Compensate employees appropriately and let them start to care about service again.
Management must actually live the values. Quit preaching and start living.
JetBlue culture is great, i would not change its culture
Senior Management Change. Improved wages, benefits and working conditions..
Fire management and give the employees a pay raise.
Replace all upper level management!
Pay employees market rate
