    CEO has yet to remove the nefarious and incompetent middle management that plagues this company. CEO need to hire people.thst can actually take action on the multiple.plans the company has made that have been an abandoned half way ( sharklets, navtech, cabin tech,fleet decision...) . CEO need to settle it pilot labor dispute. CEO needs to hire someone that CNA improve our horrible operations CEO is not a leader

    They are all starting to question the long term leadership abilities due to the growing labor discord. Flight attendants are voting for a union now and the pilots are picketing. Nothing is being done to change the paradigm. Very sad to see a once good company going the way of AA labor tactics.

    He is not transparent and doesn't care about the crewmembers as much as our former CEO. We need our profit sharing back, instead of him voting himself an exorbitant raise. We also need to be treated like the shareholders that we are--our voice should count more

    Speaks out of both sides of his mouth. He is a hypocrite who preaches JetBlue core values but his actions are completely 180 degrees from what he says.

    CEO is completely disrespectful to the employees who have built this company. There needs to be a complete top to bottom overhaul of leadership.

    Worst CEO in Jetblue history. Non employee friendly. Only cares about shareholders and his own $. Lack of respect for employees.
