
Dictators. JetBlue has a direct relationship with the majority of their employees. They want to keep it this way because the dictate everything. There is no collaboration between management and employee groups. It’s a one way relationship.
A department where incompetence is rewarded. If you nod your head enough you will be promoted right to the top.
Management has no direction. Pilots are most productive in the industry. Management fails to respect the pilot group.
Very mixed. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. There's no real authority by pilots to oversee things.
The people that actually touch the jets are great hard working people. The management types-not so much.
Coworkers are fine. Mid level management has their hands tied by constant cost cutting.
At the lower levels everyone works hard to make thing run smoothly.
Parochial. Angry and tired. Forced unpaid work is the norm.
No management. Reinvent the wheel at every opportunity. Zero respect.
