Very negative. Pilots and Flight Attendants both feel betrayed by an executive management team that pretends to value culture but hypocritically does not compensate or treat their employees like their peers at other airlines, despite the highest profit margin in the industry.
JetBlue is worst in on-time performance according to the government. That should answer most questions about JetBlue Ops. I generally work 10-12 hours to get 5.5 to 6 hours of pay.
Morale is at an all time low. It’s noticable from the pilots, flight attendants, airport ops, and ground ops, and maintenance. Very sad.
Terrible vibe... worst I’ve ever seen in 19 years. Would not recommend coming here to anyone...as little hours as possible.
People hate working here. Yes men/women wanted only. Vow to your supervisors and agree to their incompetency or else
The vibe is the worst I have ever seen at Jetblue. We are working more with less every day.
Toxic culture, lowest morale in 19 years. Company fails to recognize its employees contributions over the past 19 years.
Horrible. Incompetent middle managers, no accountability of support personnel, retribution if you take ownership of something.
Angry, most folks are angry at the devolution of the company. Too many..
Terrible. Morale is terrible. Complete lack of employee respect. Culture is toxic.
Lots of talk about when the pilots will go on strike.
More than my peers at other airlines, and for less pay.
Morale is low. Hours worked are standard.
Totally undervalued and taken advantage of.
Chaos. Complete Chaos
