Nearly industry bottom. JetBlue for many years has been at the top of the industry in terms of profitability with an industry leading balance sheet. JetBlue’s financial health has never been better. Management can easily afford to offer industry leading compensation packages, yet management chooses to pay industry bottom wages to keep their significant cost advantage over competitors.

Absolutely disgraceful. Worst in the industry. Management lacks any respect in pay and benefits for its front line, flight ops “employees”....

While other airlines get big raises and bonuses, we get excuses and fall further and further behind.
