What are you most excited about working at JetBlue Airways?

JetBlue's leadership and management is in need of a complete overhaul! The only exciting thing is looking forward to having a UNION! JetBlue does not back their FA's, just ask the 2 FA's in LGB that were assaulted in Orlando, only to be terminated by JB without a care.

I'm not excited at all. The company was very people friendly, years ago. Now, the sole goal is saving money. Expansion plans and product improvements have been postponed. Pay and benefits are well below average. Senior and middle managers never leave their office, gathering data from front-line employees.

There is nothing to be excited about. Management with no vision. Middle managers with no experience. A system set up to pit work groups against each other. I really could not imagine any other "major" airline operating in such a fashion.

Right now there isn’t anything to be excited about at JetBlue. Management only pays lip service to our core values. Every single value at Jetblue is ignored if it costs any money to implement. Very sad.

If I’m excited about anything it’s the unlikely ability JetBlue Mgmt will agree to an appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement for its pilots without a strike. Unfortunately, odds are it will take a strike.

I am most excited about being home during an IROP and not dealing with the same mismanaged recovery yet again. It will be blamed on ATC as a matter of policy anyway.

Nothing, the operations department is failing to do their job. Last in one-time arrivals. Employees still don't have competitive pay.

I would not come to work here. The only exciting thing is the hope we get bought out.

It's hard to get excited about this company after you have seen behind the curtain.

Manager motivates me to work on my resume to get out of here every month.

Go to a real airline! JetBlue and it's management is a HUGE DYSFUNCTIONAL MESS!

Getting respected with a market rate contract.... until then it’s smoke and mirrors.

JetBlue is an internal shell game. Nothing to see here move along.

That I might be able to get a job somewhere else.

These days nothing gives me more anxiety than coming into work

Being merged or bought out with/by another airline.

Flexibility in my schedule along with flight benefits

I love the product

Getting.to go home.
