Mr. James L. Marvin has been General Counsel and Executive Vice President of John Bean Technologies Corporation since May 2014. As a key member of the executive staff at Ryerson, he had responsibility for treasury, M&A, financial planning and analysis and international finance. He was also heavily involved with investor relations. After the company's privatization in 2007, Mr. Deck oversaw comprehensive restructuring programs that resulted in significant operating margin expansion. Prior to his service with Ryerson, Mr. Deck had increasing responsibilities with GE Capital, Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.), and Cole Taylor Bank. Mr. Deck holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois.

Ms. Kawalek served as President of U.S.Foods, Quaker Foods and Beverages since 2001 until 2002 and served as its Senior Vice President. She served as Vice President and President of Hot Breakfast of The Quaker Oats Company, a division of Pepsico from 1998 to 2000. She worked at Quaker Oats until 2004 after serving for 25 years in various capacities. Ms. Kawalek served as President of Quaker U.S. Foods division of PepsiCo since 2001. She was an employee of The Quaker Oats Company since 1979 and since 1982 held various management positions. She served as Vice President of the Wholesome Variety Unit since 1992. Since 1994, She served as President of The Quaker Snacks Group. She has been a Director of John Bean Technologies Corporation since June 2008. She serves as a Director for Elkay Manufacturing Co., and Marlek Biosciences Corp. She served as a Director of Martek Biosciences Corp. since January 11, 2006. She served as a Director of Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. She served as a Director of Kimball International, Inc. from 1997 to January 6, 2009.
