I would make it more transparent, less hierarchical, more women and other minorities friendly and honest

The CEO is new and is coming from an old style publishing industry. The employees are waiting for him to prove he is not old school and can work in diversified technology company environment. So far he just brought in his own team and never considered existing employees for the job.

What's the company culture like at Knewton?
Use to be great, now it's very much managed top down and people are still nice on the junior - mid level levels, but senior management is more of a publishing industry culture, has very little to do with Tech
