They are pretty cheap when it comes to internal spending. They give superintendents pretty cheap trucks that the supers actually have to pay for. If you’re in a major city offices are actually pretty nice. But if you’re lucky enough to be in a smaller market the offices harken back to 1970s. The systems and processes they use are severely antiquated and reflect the inability or unwillingness to spend money on technology.
