Great group of people, easy to work with and are genuinely interested in improving and advancing.
There is a distinct lack of transparency between teams; this is compounded by senior level and management members leaving the company making any efforts to alleviate the opacity troublesome.
Most things are fine ... I like the stipend for spending every quarter. Still want to know why leadership felt our bonus payout should be brought from 15% to 10% ...
Right now it appears the leadership team is trying to sweep bad news under the rug with the hopes nobody notices ... removing the people who left from the newsletter and failing to address the bonus payout reduction from 15% to 10% for example.
