My manager has given me the tools and care to thrive in my position. I truly believe in the mission of Kyruus and I believe that the majority of our leadership believes in it too.

If I'm taking the essential health benefits for granted, then the lifestyle spending account would be my favorite. It is less about the $500 quarterly, but more about the investment Kyruus is willing to make for their employees' well-being.

Almost everyone I've met is a hard worker. Happiness in roles can shift, but I see a strong sense of ownership and accountability with employees at Kyruus. I believe Kyruus rewards this with a huge investment in employee development.

There will always be folks that you click with more than others, having said that, the energy and kindness that permeates the "walls" of Kyruus are unlike any other environment of which I've been a part. I believe a large piece of this is due to employees believing in our mission of caring.

My team. I have never felt so empowered in a role before. I have not just found a worthwhile use of my time, and a fun job, I have found a career where I want to grow and learn as much as possible, and that is in large part due to the passion of my managers and the rest of my team.
