    They measure growth by you meeting all metrics. Average talk time. The things the customers say in surveys about the company and the first interaction the customer had with the first representative they spoke with, how quickly reps take the next call in queue,How many leads or upselling you get on a daily or month or quarter basis. How long you talk on average with each customer, that would determine your success and growth.
