
I don't know that LinkedIn has a company-wide work from home policy. In effect, the work from home policy is extremely variable, depending somewhat upon the job type and responsibilities and very heavily upon the manager: some managers are very reasonable with work from home from employees who've proven themselves trustworthy to manage themselves and get stuff done, whereas other managers simply don't extend that sort of trust to their employees easily at all. It varies. A lot.
