Everyone is willing to do whatever needs to be done. We're not a huge company so having willing teammates who can move quickly and execute is huge to me at this stage.
There's been a lot of changes in leadership lately so once that all shakes out and the economy improves a bit and we make more sales, I'll be more confident in the company.
I like David: he cares about people and the product and making it accessible. I also appreciate Alvaro: he knows his stuff and will treat everyone as equals. I haven't had as much interaction with the rest of the leadership team; they just give off a different feel, not as warm. Growing pain I think
