What is the best part about your compensation package?
They provide 1 "flex" day a month on top of one's typical PTO that can be used how you want. You can work offline to have some focus time, work half a day, or take the day off. They truly value mental health and employee's well-being.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a very unpleasant gap in between when reviews happen and when feedback and compensation discussions happen. Waiting multiple months to hear about how a talent review went does not show your employees that you value and respect their time.

Everyone is extremely passionate about what they do and our common goal of bettering brain health. Everyone I work with goes above and beyond to ensure this product does well.
