I have really enjoyed my time at Linus thus far. it's a great group of people, working hard and towards a very inspiring mission. However, I do have concerns with the culture that has been forming on our leadership team and think the behavior of some needs to change for us to be a successful company

The entire Linus team is forward thinking, everyone is important in this organization and departments depend on each other to be successful.

They provide 1 "flex" day a month on top of one's typical PTO that can be used how you want. You can work offline to have some focus time, work half a day, or take the day off. They truly value mental health and employee's well-being.

The compensation package is very comprehensive with a great salary, bonus, equity, and benefit program. I have also never seen another series B company have a 401k match which is fantastic.

commission plan not as much as expected at time of accepting the offer. with being a start up company and only getting paid on deals significantly decreased the OTE i thought i'd end up with.

There is a very unpleasant gap in between when reviews happen and when feedback and compensation discussions happen. Waiting multiple months to hear about how a talent review went does not show your employees that you value and respect their time.

The Customer Experience team is a mix of long standing employees and new ones which allows for our collaboration to be thoughtful and informed. The department has a whole does a very good job of encouraging everyone to work together towards our goals.

Our two-Co Founders have worked hard to build a really strong culture and foundation over the past 4 years as we have continued to grow and evolve. Unfortunately over the past 8-10 months our culture has really changed in a negative way which has been frustrating to see.

The entire organization is driving towards the company goals and while the path there is not always easy, we continue to look for ways to improve our process, communication and product.
