I have really enjoyed my time at Linus thus far. it's a great group of people, working hard and towards a very inspiring mission. However, I do have concerns with the culture that has been forming on our leadership team and think the behavior of some needs to change for us to be a successful company
What makes you most happy at work?
The chance to solve an interesting and exciting problem in a needed, yet untapped market. We are creating a category and the opportunities ahead are massive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always looking out for their peers and helping others out when necessary. Everyone also has the chance to have an impact and influence regardless of the role or level that they are in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The shared passion, excitement and enthusiasm for what we are building. A team-based environment where everyone is about the "we" and the "team", all striving towards common goals. This group is smart, yet humble and a team with lofty expectations with a focus on thinking BIG and BOLD.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our two-Co Founders have worked hard to build a really strong culture and foundation over the past 4 years as we have continued to grow and evolve. Unfortunately over the past 8-10 months our culture has really changed in a negative way which has been frustrating to see.
