
I am most happy when I receive support, feedback, and am appropriately challenged with a task or project.
I like that they care about their subordinates' feedback. As someone in a position much lower than them, I feel I still have access to them and my feedback is well-received and well-valued from most of them.
I think a stipend for healthy living (gym membership, for example) is reasonable and would be greatly utilized, considering we care deeply about health at this company. I would also like an internet stipend as well, as other SaaS companies cover that for their employees.
