
I really enjoy my team for the most part. People on my team are social and fun, with varied interests (including my management.)
The people who I work with. I get some satisfaction from helping customers and seeing cool products that they create, but it's mostly the people.
I work an entry-level job, so I'm comfortable with my pay. I feel as though I get paid well for the work that I am doing. I would like to take further advantage of any education compensation that I can.
I like how the leadership team seems approachable and transparent. I feel as though if anything pertinent is going to occur, they will let us know. I also feel as though if something less than ideal happens, the leadership team will try to handle it with grace.
The reason I put that I work on average 7 or fewer hours is because I work varied days--usually one or two long days and 3 shorter days, so it evens out to 40. I really enjoy having that kind of flexibility. I also really like the overall positive way coworkers usually see each other.
