My coworkers are always available to jump in when needed. There is a great sense of collaboration. There is also a feeling of unity where my coworkers make sure others can be successful.

The organization cares about the health and safety of employees, especially during the pandemic. There has always been some level of flexibility with working both in the office and remote. I hope this will continue.
