
Most of the team are hard working individuals. Most will answer questions when you get stumped.
It's hard to say, they are nice and all but there is very little communication as to what is going on in the company until after the fact.
I thought by now I would be promoted or making a lot more money. This is often promised but never delivered. The position doesn't pay enough to live off of.
We have a couple of new hires that are very positive and our boss for the most part is. We used to have great company meetings that were energetic and fun, they aren't fun anymore.
I am not sure if it has changed now that they have hired recruiters but when I interviewed it was more of a conversation with the COO and my current manager, no touch questions or anything intimidating.
When I started here a couple of years back, Customers were pretty happy with Lurn, now there is a lot of competition and the students have more choices. We are way understaffed at Lurn in the Support Group, if we had more people the customers would get more attention from us and be much happier.
