
Leadership is poor. Sales are so cutthroat, that management actually steals sales from associate's. It is not a "work together" atmosphere but work against each other. This causes tension. You decide is this sale worth her yelling at me when you know that you are the one who spoke every word to that person and closed that sale? Then get put down by the higher up management. Also, you watch your manager steal product nightly, tell store manager and nothing is done. I don't want to be a part of a company that employees liars, thieves, and dishonest people.
