Traumatic. Staff was very terrible and not drama wad not handled properly.

I met with the district manager. I was working 5 days later.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at LVMH? How many hours are you working?
Hours depend completely on many things. The vibe is different at every store.
What's the Sales team like at LVMH?
Sales team does not work together. It is cutthroat and not a team at all. Team does not exist due to poor management. They have employed the wrong people and need newer management.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at LVMH?
Leadership is poor. Sales are so cutthroat, that management actually steals sales from associate's. It is not a "work together" atmosphere but work against each other. This causes tension. You decide is this sale worth her yelling at me when you know that you are the one who spoke every word to that person and closed that sale? Then get put down by the higher up management. Also, you watch your manager steal product nightly, tell store manager and nothing is done. I don't want to be a part of a company that employees liars, thieves, and dishonest people.
What's the pay like for Sales roles at LVMH?
Pay is great. However, you MUST put your career before your family. Child in hospital? You are fired
