Meh, just moved to brand new office and bought tall cubes which hinders collaboration

They are having difficulties growing due to strategic focus. They are trying to play in too many areas and product offerings without the resources to develop or properly support them.

The interview process depends on the position and if it is in the US or Europe. In the US expect a regular interview (Q&A) and some sort of problem-solving exercise based on the role. A consultant may have to design something to solve a problem or give a presentation on the product.
Depends on how long they have been searching for a candidate. The longer the ref is open the easier the interview.
