The interview process depends on the position and if it is in the US or Europe. In the US expect a regular interview (Q&A) and some sort of problem-solving exercise based on the role. A consultant may have to design something to solve a problem or give a presentation on the product.
Depends on how long they have been searching for a candidate. The longer the ref is open the easier the interview.
