Miserable overworked - no work life balance lacks direction from management
I have never in my career felt more welcomed. I joined Accelo for 3 reasons: the high percentage of women in tech (35%) as opposed to the meager 15% that I'm used to, a team that embodied community, and a CEO that wasn't a brilliant jerk. I made the right decision in joining this organization.
