having about 20 clients a day would make anyone feel overworked, especially when these things go over into our legal breaks, etc;
Horrifying customer service. No ability to phone. You wait 20 minutes for them to say we are too busy and they will call back and they don't. They drop you from your place in their online queue just ad its your time. They lost me as a customer. The product isnt worth the disrespect.
