Not sure what to say anout this company except that they let a lot of cosmetology laws slide and of course if a pwrson hired os calling them out then you are ostercized.

They are constantly evaluating you if you do not upsell on a weekly basis and I am part-time. I probably work two or three days a week and sometime four hours and eight hours. It just depends if it's slow or not so I cannot be evaluated every single time a client does not want to buy

I like the manager we make it fun I like laughing and telling jokes and just kinda enjoying myself with the clients I don't really interact too much with the coworkers except for few of the girls I think are really cool, but that's it

There is nothing positive about the enviorment at the locations.

First of all, I was told that I would get $15 an hour and then once I went in to meet the general manager, she told me that I will be getting $13 an hour and nowhere did they say that it was mandatory to upsell customers,

The manager was pretty friendly.

Interacting with the customers I just really enjoy laughing and applying color and doing color which you know that's exciting and itself
