New leadership, including revamped HR practices. Currently, there is no true focus on culture that leads to changes that lead to tangible improvements for the staff.
Clean out leadership from the top. Remove the sales-focused culture, as the organization is supposed to child and wish focused. Work strategically and collaboratively toward a unified workforce across National and chapters.
Prioritizing, leading and strategizing with focus. the SLT has no accountability for its actions, which result in poor employee engagement. They need to be humble, listen to feedback, and learn to work together to ensure they work in lock step with the organization needs.
