i usually spend alot of time cleaning around the shop to make things cleaner, also i work on tires , and changing oil ans well as brakes and also replacing tires with patches not plugs.

Co. Motto when i was hired said " do unto others as you'd have do unto you". That motto does not hold true for employees.
Give customers only what they ask for and not tack on additions not needed.
