What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most is how approachable and accessible they are. They're firm in their decision-making, but not inflexible if you present data and a clear argument. There is a clear understanding of the business and centralizing of the customer and everything reflects that.
Get work done on time and very fast

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more responsible and remand other service managers
Actually doing their jobs and helping right the ship before it capsizes
Caring about their employees as much as themselves,taking some accountability for failures
Stop worrying about themselves and focus on their employees and the stores goals.Absolutely no accountability for failure of goals set forth by the company.
Try coming to work on time. Stop sittibg around playing on cell phone
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid competitively well for my level of experience and what I manage. The benefits are good as well, even though great health insurance is increasingly difficult to come by.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop advertising false number of days off
Pay us what we are worth,afterall we do all the work to achieve store profit,give us better benifits
Pay is under the Mendoza line,you cant expect people to work on a customers second most expensive investment,in most cases,for minimal wages.
Pay a liveable wage stop promising the moon
Not having employees overtime eat into my bonus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very smart and brings a lot to the table in their respective areas. We work well collaboratively, we generally have clear direction from leadership and people are responsive and take accountability.

We work together and have an amazing manager to go to if need be

Training good equipment hire people with training so they stop guessing whats wrong with customers car

There's a good open door policy and accessibility to leadership.
The atmosphere, the surroundings it's a real stress free place to be.

they need to get better management someone who cares about the workers and not just about the customers
Have people that know what they're doing
Put folks that actually care about employees in manager and or training roles not those that only want money
Management pay benefits better work environment
Management is a huge issue ,what I mean by that is the second guessing the labor hacking,charging 1 hour labor for a 3 hr job,selling like they spend

I interviewed people people at many levels of the company including leadership.
Fast and efficient they were nice
They are desperate for people because once you are there you find out the real corporatr culture

The work I do here is valuable to our customers.
