Better communication. Less complicated process. Clearer discussion about position.
They need to communicate with employees and not suddenly surprise them with new managers or restructuring. There is also a large divide between top management and employees. Large disconnect needs to be addressed.
I have never had such a disconnect with an employer, lack of clear objectives and expectations, and an overall lack of honesty that is difficult to tolerate.
