
being shorthanded doesn't work at long effect. eventually, co-workers start to get a bad attitude and moral goes down then, people start to quit
they are easy to get along with but I believe they lack the motivation to drive home the ideas beliefs that founded the company. Especially when it comes to safety.
supervisors need to care about the facility and the task at hand. Before, the slogan used to be if the order wasn't right it didn't go till it was right. We prided ourselves on order quality. With that everything else fell into place.
