
There are many intelligent and passionate people here. The culture is highly collaborative. The biggest hurdle appears to be accountability in select areas and positions which seems to hinder larger cultural and business improvement efforts. I believe that the company is on the right track with the new CEO and will increase accountability which will enable the committed and innovative informal groups to succeed in moving the company and culture forward.
Too many cooks in the kitchen. People don't stay in their lanes and try to impact projects that they only have a peripheral stake in. Very difficult for newer employees to get things done unless they have full authority like Sanjay.
