  • The “Vibe”? Are you serious? Well, the “VIBE” is a lot like crickets in a lizard cage..... hoping around desperate for some high ground to stand on all the while, aware of the micro management lizards ready to eat at any time.

  • The Vibe.... executives attempting to get owners and investors to do what has to be done and then being dragged into meeting to explain why the business isn’t growing.

  • They like their teleconferences and golf. Beyond that only they could tell you the answer here as they are absolutely non-transparent. Sure they come off as just good old chums but they don’t walk that walk.

  • This is hilarious. Midigator is the king of pointless meetings, senseless directives and non transparent communication leaving employees totally lost from day one.

  • Haven’t innovated a thing since I’ve been here.

  • Ten years ago they were super innovative, unfortunately Midigator didn’t exist then! Today they can’t keep up with the compitiion as one deal after another falls through and the ownership continues to blame all the losses on poor employees rather than developing more & better integrations. There have been NO innovations here for the last two years!

  • We NEVER had a planned team outing. They did take some to a baseball game in New York once but, it was not planned in advance and only those they had chosen to lay over could go. Another non-transparent benefit offered to those they selected in advance. This place is TOXIC!
