How's the vacation policy at Midigator?
Very liberal - hope you have a job when you get back!
About as gauge as you could hope for.
You want to go - GO!! Yeaaaaa sounds good right? Ya, just try to avoid work while you’re gone. Hey, there’s always someone that wants your job more than you right?
How do you feel about Midigator's future?
Very positive! We're growing and on the upward path to more growth!
Somewhere in the digital world there is a figurative 8 foot hole already prepared for this company to lie down in and be forgotten.
Barring a miracle, there will be no pulling out of that nosedive!
How does Midigator make decisions around promotions?
You keep asking about promotions, there simply aren’t any here.
Behind closed doors. You will never completely understand this process IF there even is one.
What's the vibe like in the Executive dept at Midigator? How many hours are you working?
The “Vibe”? Are you serious? Well, the “VIBE” is a lot like crickets in a lizard cage..... hoping around desperate for some high ground to stand on all the while, aware of the micro management lizards ready to eat at any time.
The Vibe.... executives attempting to get owners and investors to do what has to be done and then being dragged into meeting to explain why the business isn’t growing.
What's the Executive team like at Midigator?
They like to golf!
They like their teleconferences and golf. Beyond that only they could tell you the answer here as they are absolutely non-transparent. Sure they come off as just good old chums but they don’t walk that walk.
How helpful was your Executive team when you were first hired at Midigator?
This question is; A) laughable B) insulting C) sad And can only provide to new hires the insight that they better be ready to figure things out on their own!
This is hilarious. Midigator is the king of pointless meetings, senseless directives and non transparent communication leaving employees totally lost from day one.
How innovative is Midigator?
Haven’t innovated a thing since I’ve been here.
Ten years ago they were super innovative, unfortunately Midigator didn’t exist then! Today they can’t keep up with the compitiion as one deal after another falls through and the ownership continues to blame all the losses on poor employees rather than developing more & better integrations. There have been NO innovations here for the last two years!
What Executive department questions did Midigator ask during your job interview?
Can you handle all this work? Can you execute our vision without a plan in place? Is it possible for you to develop this into a multi-million dollar spin off while we play golf and visit the islands?
What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at Midigator?
Paternity means nothing and maternity receives about two months - more if you are in good with the owners like Noodle is.
How often do employees get raises at Midigator?
This is a pretty funny question since, I’d say the term Midigator Raise is an oxymoron.
How common is it to switch departments or teams at Midigator?
Very Rare - unless your related too or close buddies with the owners.
What is the best perk or benefit that Midigator offers?
Pretending to be at work.
How are the dental insurance options at Midigator?
Great if you live in California otherwise, out of area! So to recap, useless.
Does Midigator have a volunteer program?
Sure you can volunteer to be terminated for no reason or they will do it for you.

Employment assistance upon termination.
What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Midigator?
Keep your network close and continue looking for your next job because Midigator won’t keep you for long.
How's the work life balance at Midigator?
I can’t complain about work life balance. I did spend a lot of that “life” time in fear of losing my “work” job!
What are the team outings like at Midigator?
We NEVER had a planned team outing. They did take some to a baseball game in New York once but, it was not planned in advance and only those they had chosen to lay over could go. Another non-transparent benefit offered to those they selected in advance. This place is TOXIC!
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Midigator?
These questions are growing increasingly irrelevant to the job/company. I’m social and have a job. Just like anywhere, the major difference is that due to “Remote” work(ers) at Midigator, I do not socialize with colleagues.
How do you feel about going to work at Midigator everyday?
Great! It gives me time to look for other gainful employment elsewhere!
How's the feedback process at Midigator?
They tried to implement a feedback process but these things take time, care and money so it became a shell game and lost any credibility.
What kind of people succeed at Midigator?
Haven’t witnessed much success at Midigator. Not from employees, not from executives, and certainly not from investors!

How secure do you feel at your job at Midigator?
There is absolutely no job security at Midigator. Those that say differently are lying or family friends to the owners.
How's the work pace at Midigator?
The work pace at Midigator is how you set your day up to work. I drove myself unnecessarily harder than my co- workers and found that it went totally in- noticed.
