Compensation is absolutely NOT as advertised on this site. There is a lot of lack of transparency at Midigator.
People are motivated to learn new skills and reach out to others for help when they need it. Asking for help is not a weakness.

Meetings for meetings sake are pointless. Have take away action items to get completed! No more randomly scheduled company-wide meetings to address issues SOME employees have. Call them out and get things corrected. Listen to your customers and act on the feedback.

Company culture isn't developed from online contests or lunch and learn meetings. It is developed from interaction and engagement - The executive team wouldn't understand that.

The downward spiral keeps accelerating. Not certain this can be stopped.
Listen to customer feedback. Listen to employee feedback. Then prioritize solutions, communicate solutions and implement solutions.
