Very friendly, engaging, and collaborative.

Top-notch, high-tech product, but the environment isn't cold and uninviting.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Training, innovation & leadership would be refreshing.

Company culture isn't developed from online contests or lunch and learn meetings. It is developed from interaction and engagement - The executive team wouldn't understand that.
